Blue Gill Consulting Group LLC is a state-approved training agency for the State of Ohio. Our company provides state-approved training for licensed contractors in Plumbing, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Hydronics, Refrigeration and Electrical trades. Our ten-hours meet all of the training requirements except for the five hours of code required by electrical contractors for the Ohio Construction Industry Licensing Board.

We focus on business training, not code. We do not show any home movies of our vacations, we do not waste your time and money by discussing the code you know backwards and forwards, we teach business thinking for contractors.

We change our curriculum every year and have created a following of contractors who believe business skills are important to being a successful business. By law, we are required to submit our attendance immediately. Our classes are fun and interactive but

The cost is $279 which includes a great breakfast, a full lunch, snacks and refreshments all day long. Each attendee also receives a complete set of handouts. Reservations are required.

Attendees are invited to bring their Office Manager, Administrative Assistants, wife or others who might be interested in learning more about the business. We often find the owners rely on their right hand to implement and it is difficult to go back and explain everything they learn. The cost is only $99 for those who attend with you who are not licensed contractors. We also provide a $25 referral fee.
